Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Center' within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup; please ensure the garment is securely packed in its original packaging for the courier.

  Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our resale standards before we proceed with the next step.

  Refund or Exchange

  Upon successful inspection, your exchange item will be dispatched or your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
